If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 30 days of delivery. The product must be in its original packaging and in like-new condition.

Return Process

  Securely pack the instrument in its original box, including all accessories, manuals, and the RMA form.

  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided shipping label and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
